Powertrain
A forklift has to be tough enough to last for many hours of heavy use in extreme environments. These equipment need to be able to move loads fast and efficiently while still being ergonomic to the operator. The dependable, rugged Yale powertrain offers excellent durability through its state of the art clutch packs, computer managed transmission and engine and extremely strong gears and shafts. The transmission, engine, drive axle and steer axle are all isolated in order to reduce vibration and noise in the operator's compartment.
Electrical
The lift trucks electrical system is responsible for connecting the major nerve centers of the truck. Hence, the electrical system within the lift truck must be really durable and reliable for the most demanding wet/dry and hot/cold operations. There is much sophistication needed in order to control truck functionality.
Delivering dependable electronics are a well-known hallmark of all Yale trucks. The Yale CANbus electrical system uses digital technology and reduces wiring and lessens electrical connections too. This results in remarkable serviceability and improved reliability.
Hydraulics
The hydraulics are the forklift's "muscles". They give the necessary force required to raise heavy loads during the entirety of a long shift. All Yale trucks feature industrial grade hydraulic components. Several of these components comprise: leak resistant O-ring face seal fittings, heavy-duty hydraulic valves, fine micron filters and long lasting hoist and tilt cylinders. The control valve has been strategically placed in order to prolong component life by minimizing exposure to heat sources.
The Yale forklift could withstand the most extreme working conditions coming out on top with their great reliability. These equipment have been built in such a precise manner that attention to detail has been considered in order to keep the operator as comfortable as they could be.
