FM GRU Tower Cranes were established in 1920. This family run business, FMgru, is found within the biggest industrial location in northern Italy. Throughout the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into an industrial and manufacturing economy, the company was working in welded construction industries and the metal structural sector. FMgru was involved in constructing pylons to convey electricity, bridges for roads, a wide range of forklifts, presses, prefabrication molds and farming machinery.
The company began crane production in the year 1963. Eventually, the business pooled all of its resources into this one activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest level of specialization in the field of lifting.
