According to the type of Clark forklift trucks, the lifting capacity can vary. Battery-powered forklifts have a range from 1100-3000 kilograms, that depends on the model. For a greater capacity range, the internal combustion or IC kinds are suggested. They can carry from 1400-8000 kilograms.



Engine

AC batteries, either 48 volt or 36 volt, are utilized to power Clark electric forklift trucks. The internal combustion or IC engine types have 52 to 100 horsepower engines. The IC types have automatic transmission with single-speed, two-speed or three-speed types.



Frame/Cab

The center of the forklift is the frame/cab assembly. This consists of the operator's overhead protective cover, the seat and the controls. The frame consist of the engine, fuel tank, transmission, trans-axle and wheels.
